Emotional Code

What is Emotional Code?
Much of our suffering is due to negative emotional energies that have become ‘trapped’ within
us. The Emotion Code is a simple and powerful method of finding and releasing these trapped

What is a Trapped Emotion?
As you live through the days and years of your life you are continually experiencing emotions of
one sort or another. Life can be difficult and emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming. All of
us experience The Invisible Epidemic 5 negative emotional extremes at times. Most of us would
rather forget some of these challenges, but unfortunately, the influence of these events can stay
with us in the form of trapped emotions. Sometimes, for reasons that we do not yet understand,
emotions do not process completely. In these cases, instead of simply experiencing the emotion
and then moving on, the energy of the emotion somehow becomes “trapped” within the physical
body. So instead of moving beyond your angry moment, or a temporary bout with grief or
depression, this negative emotional energy can remain within your body, potentially causing
significant physical and emotional stress. Most people are amazed to find out that their “emotional
baggage” is more literal than they had imagined. Trapped emotions actually consist of well defined
energies that have a shape and form. Although they are not visible, they are very real.
Emotion Code is a method that quite often produces marvelous results and wonderful benefits,
both physical and emotional in nature. Nevertheless, it is a relatively new discovery and has not
been thoroughly studied. It is based on the personal observations and experiences of Dr. Bradley
Nelson. must take 100% responsibility for your own health, both physical and emotional. The
Emotion Code should not be misconstrued or used to diagnose the presence or absence of any
particular mental, physical or emotional ailment.

What is NLP?
It is a set of techniques and a methodology that helps us:
• to gain fuller access to our minds, to see exactly how we think, to realize what is happening
within us, and moreover
• Identify how others think and function.

We often wonder “how does one do what?”, “how does he think?”, “how does he process his
experiences”, “how does he communicate?”, “how does he decide”, “how does he achieve what he
Have you ever wondered what people are doing and achieving the results they want? What is
their secret? And why do others, who think they do the same things, do not do it or are not just as
This question was made by the authors of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler – mathematician and Dr. John
Grinder – linguist, professors at the University of Santa Cruz, California. They were curious to see
and look how a man’s mind works when he acts in the way he is acting.

“find and release your trapped energies”
What does NLP stand for?

– refers, in general, to the nervous system as a system that receives, transmits and
processes messages and experiences from the external environment through our senses.

– refers to the great importance and usefulness of the language, in its broad sense, as
a tool for expressing experiences, that is, how we make sense in our experiences. The
“language” we use is based on our personal experiences and covers both the “digital”,
oral language (words) and “analogue” language, ie the language of movements and
expressions, what we call NLP “physiology” .

– refers to mind programs, the way they are created and derived from the interaction
of the two previous elements, as well as the exploitation of these functional programs
that – most unconsciously now – influence and shape our behavior in achieving a specific
