Meditation atmosphere Connection with the observer
When we come out into the atmosphere with our heart turned outwards we become one with our
divine essence and we come into contact with our unique qualities.
We will use a hypnosis technique for deep relaxation to experience a state of stimulated and
enhanced focused attention and inner awareness which will help us communicate with the deeper
and less obvious areas and processes of our mind and soul.
